Puerto Rico Recovery – Municipal Recovery Planning Program

Client: Puerto Rico Department of Housing

• ATCS, in partnership with IBTS and Estudios Técnicos, is offering the planning program knowledge and CDBG-DR expertise needed to support the Puerto Rico Department of Housing’s Municipal Recovery Planning Program.
• The program allocates funding to municipalities to carry out planning activities that address conditions created or exacerbated by Hurricanes Irma and/or María. Planning activities will support more resilient Puerto Rican communities.
