ATCS focuses on our mission to build and leverage a diverse and inclusive workforce and workplace that enables our clients, employees, and communities to flourish. The organization has developed the DEI Committee, which champions critical initiatives to enhance ATCS for becoming a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse organization.
We hope to provide employees with opportunities to have fun while building relationships with their colleagues. ATCS employees participate in a number of sports teams together, but we’re always open to suggestions regarding new and fun activities we can do together!
As described by our Four Pillars, the community is at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is to cultivate an environment where everyone is encouraged to give back. We are here to support the charitable initiatives that are important to you, and we encourage you to support others working to better our local communities. In fact, ATCS will match employee contributions to an eligible non-profit organization at a maximum of $100 per employee per calendar year.
Our company events are meant to show our employees how much we appreciate their time, effort, and hard work over the year. These provide opportunities to reflect on what we have accomplished together, celebrate in a fun setting, and look ahead to the future. Our end of the year event also allows us to celebrate our President’s Awards and highlight outstanding individuals nominated by their peers within the organization.

The Employee Recognition Program is designed to recognize employees nominated by their colleagues, demonstrating exceptional performances in critical areas that align with the organization’s values. Not only does the program reflect ATCS’ appreciation for these individuals, but it encourages employees to recognize their fellow peers for outstanding efforts.
