Paid Time Off
ATCS recognizes the importance of work-life balance and provides generous paid time off that our employees deserve. The organization offers four weeks (20 days) of paid time off annually for employees, accrued monthly. In addition to PTO, ATCS provides 8.5 days of paid holiday time annually. To foster inclusion and to recognize the cultural and religious diversity of our workforce, ATCS allows employees to choose the holidays, including cultural & religious holidays, employee birthdays, and other state & federal holidays, that they wish to celebrate under our policy. To help better support our Community Pillar, ATCS employees are also provided with 16 hours of paid time off to participate in approved community service, volunteer activities or charitable initiatives. We highly encourage our employees to utilize this time to give back to our communities.
ATCS offers two Cigna medical plans, including a 100% employer-paid individual employee option, to ensure there is a package that meets your needs. Both plans offer affordable bi-weekly deductions and co-pays, as well as in-network and out-of-network options for providers.
Dental & Vision
ATCS offers two Cigna dental plans, allowing employees to pick the option that best fits their situation. These plans also offer in-network and out-of-network options for providers.
The ATCS vision program, offered by EyeMed, provides quality, low-cost care with providers included in the EyeMed network. The vision plan offers excellent coverage, affordable co-pays, and a generous retail allowance and discount.
HSA & FSA
Depending on your medical plan selection, you may have the option to set aside pre-tax funds to contribute to your Health Savings Account. The allocations are yours to use at any time to pay for qualifying medical expenses such as copays, prescriptions, etc. ATCS will contribute your HSA regardless of your own contribution.
Similarly, depending on your medical plan selection, you may have the option to set aside pre-tax funds to contribute to your Flexible Savings Account. The FSA program consists of two different plans including a Healthcare Flexible Savings Account, as well as a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.
It is important that our employees are prepared for their financial future. ATCS matches our employees’ retirement contributions dollar for dollar up to 3%. Employees are also 100% vested after two years with the organization. ATCS also providers various seminars to help keep employees educated regarding their financial health.
ATCS is committed to developing and retaining a highly skilled and experienced workforce. At the company’s discretion, ATCS will pay or reimburse for courses and programs related to your current role or prepare you for development opportunities in other ATCS areas. Tuition reimbursement is available up to $5,250 annually.
Family comes first. To best support our employees and their growing families, we have developed the ATCS Parental Leave policy. The company will provide up to two (2) weeks of paid parental leave to mothers and fathers following the birth of a child, an adoption, or the placement of a foster child. We offer this time and financial support so employees may care for and bond with their children without worry.
STD/LTD/Life Insurance, Supplemental, AD&D
During challenging times, ATCS wants our employees to know we are there to support them. The organization provides several benefits and resources that help you navigate unprecedented or difficult circumstances.
ATCS offers employees short and long-term disability income benefits, as well life insurance 2.5x your salary (up to $500,000), at no cost to you. The company also provides the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse, or your dependent children.
The Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit will provide your beneficiary with an additional amount equal to life insurance, or a percentage of the AD&D amount, should death or dismemberment occur.
Sharing Success Bonus
Each ATCS employee contributes to the success of the company through their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. To reward the efforts of our employees, ATCS offers an annual bonus paid to employees every December. This is discretionary depending on the individual’s personal performance, as well as ATCS’ performance over the course of the year.

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), managed by Mutual of Omaha, provides free and confidential support when you or anyone in your household is dealing with a variety of challenges, including financial, legal, family and emotional. These programs are available at no cost to you and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
