Brian Post announced as ATCS’ Vice President, Baltimore Operations Manager

ATCS is excited to announce that Brian Post, PE will now serve as Vice President, Baltimore Operations Manager.

Bringing both technical skills and depth of Baltimore market experience, Brian will lead the growth of the transportation services for ATCS’ Baltimore office. His strategic efforts will focus on transportation planning, highway design, traffic engineering, survey, construction management, and inspection services. In his new leadership role, Brian will lead operations, business planning, and business development.

Joining ATCS in 2016 as a Senior Transportation Manager, Brian has served as the Baltimore Assistant Operations Manager since 2019.

This North Dakota State University alum is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington DC. He currently serves as the ASHE Mid-Atlantic Region Treasurer and on the ACEC/MD Local Government Liaison Committee. Brian is an active member of ASHE Chesapeake (Past President), ASCE Maryland Section, MAE, and CEAM.
