ATCS Welcomes Jason Kacamburas, PE, CCM, DBIA as Office Manager of our Herndon, VA Office

ATCS is excited to announce that Jason Kacamburas, PE, CCM, DBIA has joined the firm as Office Manager – Herndon, VA.

As the new Herndon Office Manage, Jason brings 18 years of program and project management experience, overseeing various transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He has extensive experience in project controls, specifically in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, construction cost estimating, and construction and maintenance claims analysis. His expertise covers project experience with design build, design bid build and locally administered projects. Jason also brings wide-ranging experience in project record management and contract administrative duties including budget, financial tracking and monthly reporting.

Jason is responsible for managing and leading traffic engineering and planning, transportation design, environmental, construction services and project control teams in the greater Northern Virginia area. He provides project and program management support, strategic business planning and leading marketing and business development efforts throughout the region.

Jason holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, is a member of DBIA, ASCE and CMAA and actively involved in regional chapters.
