Herndon, June 18th, 2021 – We are excited to share that ATCS has been named one of the Washington Post’s 2021 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C., area for a second consecutive year!
This award is based on the survey feedback from our Washington Metro Area employees. The selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
“I am incredibly proud of this accomplishment and humbled to see the satisfaction of our employees have such an impact on this award. They were the ones who made it happen. Winning this award is a true testament to the culture we have built and maintain at ATCS – entrepreneurial, respectful, resilient, community-focused, engaging, focused on success, and dedicated to our purpose of enabling our clients, employees, and communities to flourish,” mentions Young Ho Chang, CEO.
The full list can be found on the Top Workplaces 2021 publication through the Washington Post. The Washington Post also hosted a virtual awards ceremony on Thursday, June 17, to recognize the 200 top-ranked companies, which was a great honor for ATCS to participate in.
