Vice President, Human Resources

Sherri brings over two decades of talent management and human resources (HR) experience to ATCS. She previously held executive human resources roles with Booz Allen Hamilton, Raytheon, CH2M Hill and the Virginia Department of Transportation, overseeing positive employee experience and increasing attraction and retention of differentiated talent.

Sherri offers extensive experience across a wide range of HR disciplines allowing her to successfully leverage her expertise in working with stakeholders. She is adept at evaluating talent management business challenges, driving engagement, championing employee satisfaction and building ongoing and effective solutions. Sherri has proven success in applying her human resource knowledge and business acumen to articulate business cases, while serving as an internal consultant to business and account leaders.

In this role, Sherri will be responsible for delivering overall strategic leadership to ATCS for human resource initiatives including performance management, talent development, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to cultivate a high-performance culture of engaged employees.

Sherri earned her B.S. in Political Science from East Tennessee State University, and an M.S. degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource.

In her free time, Sherri enjoys traveling to new and interesting locations.
