Blacksburg Office Manager

Rob brings 15 years of engineering and construction experience to the ATCS team as the Blacksburg Office Manager. Most recently he was the Director of Engineering for a heavy/civil contractor operating throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Rob’s career includes roles in quality inspection, materials testing, research, teaching, estimating, project management, business development, and contract administration. He is a registered Professional Engineer in WV, VA, and NC.

Rob earned a BS in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and an MS and PhD in Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering and Management focus) from Virginia Tech.

Rob is a native of Southern West Virginia and an avid WVU football fan. He has three children who stay busy with sports, dance, and church activities. He coaches Little League baseball and serves on a number of academic advisory, community, and church leadership boards and committees.
