Vice President, Transportation

Mr. DePasquale has over 30 years of experience in transportation project and program delivery. He brings significant public sector experience from his 15-year tenure with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT); for 10 years of which he served as the Northern Virginia District Construction Engineer. Mr. DePasquale managed numerous large, nationally recognized and award-winning programs including VDOT’s $6 billion Virginia Megaprojects Program. Projects under this Program included the I-495 HOT Lanes, I-95 Express Lanes, I-95 4th Lane Widening, Dulles Corridor Metrorail Extension, Fairfax County Parkway Extension and contract development activities for the proposed I-395 HOT Lanes operation. He also led the Route 28 PPTA, Springfield Interchange and Information Center projects. Program delivery mechanisms include traditional design-bid-build, design/build and permits. Mr. DePasquale received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and his Master’s degree in Public Administration from George Mason University.
