The Water Resources division at ATCS has many years of experience in water resources including river engineering and flood analysis.  Our engineering team has extensive experience with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), performing comprehensive flood analysis for multiple flood profiles and development of preliminary Digital Maps (DFIRMs).

 

We have performed over 800 miles of H&H analysis of Limited Detailed, over 100 miles of Detailed, and over 800 miles of Re-delineation studies of floodplain analysis for the State of North Carolina.  We utilize the latest version of ESRI-GIS application and aerial photos to perform flood analysis. We continue to update our knowledge of new technology, by utilizing new software for H&H studies and other water resources modeling techniques including the use of GIS technology.
