Construction Management and Inspection

ATCS provides construction engineering and inspection services to a variety of federal, state, municipal and private clients. We have a staff of 35 highly qualified construction inspectors available to meet our client’s needs. Our staff has MARTC and VDOT certifications for soils and aggregate, hydraulic cement, asphalt, pavement marking, and flagger certification. Other certifications include: ACI; NICET; Nuclear Gauge Safety; DCR Erosion and Sediment Control; and SiteManager. We understand the importance of maintaining an inspection staff that is willing to work in diverse and dynamic conditions including nighttime work, work under heavy traffic conditions, and adverse weather. Services include:
