 Program Management | Transportation | Construction Management and Inspection Program Management Program Management is a management approach that is growing in popularity for many reasons. It offers our clients the capability of adjusting staff and expertise quickly to manage complex projects or programs. Our clients have found that our program management capabilities offer them the flexibility required to meet demanding and sometimes unpredictable workload. ATCS can serve as an extension of our clients staff and provide the expertise and resources necessary to manage a large program while the client retains the policy and administrative controls. ATCS’ approach to Program Management is to focus on keeping client’s interest first, adding value to the work, meeting the commitments, and being fiscally prudent. An example of our program management capability is our work with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). ATCS has provided FEMA’s Disaster Response Technical Assistance Contract services for many years. We have provided over 100 personnel in 48 hours of declared disaster to stricken areas in the U.S. under very trying circumstances. ATCS has added value to this contract by bringing innovative temporary housing and long-term recovery planning methodology and approach that are being utilized by FEMA. Program Management Services
