At the federal level, ATCS Services, L.L.C. has worked with many federal agencies to improve the planning, coordination, and delivery of much needed disaster response and recovery resources. These agencies include HUD, USDA, FEMA, DHS, USACE, and many others. This coordination role performed by ATCS Services, L.L.C. professionals, has allowed the federal resources available to victims of disaster to be leveraged with State and Local assets in a planned and effective way. Examples of this work can be seen in the housing, infrastructure, recovery planning, and grants management arena.
