Request for Expression of Interest – Fleet Management Services

Request for Expression of Interest – Fleet Management Services

ATCS is seeking Expressions of Interests (“EOI”) from qualified companies or individuals to provide fleet management services. The fleet management services will include management of vehicles that are leased, rented and owned. ATCS intends to award one annual contract with an option to renew. Interested parties should submit qualifications and commercial pricing plans in response to this EOI. This EOI establishes a general scope and terms of services that should form the basis of each proposal, and ATCS will tentatively select a successful candidate based on the submitted proposals. ATCS is taking this approach because the nature of the requirements and the varied details concerning how it might be satisfied by different vendors may necessitate additional clarification.
