Vice President, Office Manager –  Hampton Roads

Kevin brings 13 years of broad civil engineering and project management experience, including roadway and trail design, traffic engineering, site development, utility investigations and design, environmental investigations and permitting, and facility condition assessments. He has a wide range of experience with municipal, private, Federal and DOT clients.

Kevin has been instrumental in advancing work revitalizing historic communities. He was recently the design manager for two phases of the Virginia Capital Trail, a bicycle and pedestrian trail, which connects the historic communities of Williamsburg and Richmond, Va., which won the 2014 WTS Central Virginia Chapter Innovative Transportation Award. He was also the project manager and lead designer for two phases of a streetscape revitalization program for the Southeast Community of the City of Newport News. Since 2008, he served as program manager of the U.S. Air Force Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC) IDIQ Infrastructure contract, including managing the nationwide ACC bridge inspection program and multiple retro- commissioning programs at ACC bases around the country. He has also served as program manager on multiple other municipal and Federal on-call and IDIQ contracts.

He earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. Kevin has served as president of ASCE’s Virginia Peninsula Branch since 2010, and is Education Committee co-chair of the Society of American Military Engineers Virginia Peninsula Post. He is also active in APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter.
